Congratulations are in order to Bill Leadbeater for reaching the finals of this years Pub Chef of the Year Awards.
Having been secretly visited over a period of months by members of the judging panel, The Masons Arms phenomenal food led Bill to be invited to participate in a 'cook-off' between the three best judged chefs in the Country.
Bill came away from last nights award ceremony, held at The Dorchester, as runner-up for his dish of milk poached shoulder of Gloucester Old Spot Pork, Parsnip and Date Purée, fried Sweet Potato and wilted Thyme Spinach. Well done Bill.
